This Privacy Policy describes how Watermark Max ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our iOS application ("App"). It is designed to meet Apple App Store requirements and to be easy to read on mobile.

What We Collect
1) Video Files (on‑device)
- Video files you select from your photo library
- Watermarked videos created through the app
- Stored locally in the App's sandbox
- Not transmitted to our servers
2) Photo Library Access (on‑device)
- Purpose: Select videos and watermark images from your photo library
- Processing: Videos are processed entirely on your device
- Storage: Watermarked videos remain on your device only
- Permissions: Photo library access is requested by iOS
3) Apple ID (native Apple Sign In)
- Data: Name and email from your Apple ID when you choose to sign in using native Apple Sign In
- Purpose: Enable premium features and authentication
- Processing/Storage: Authentication is handled natively by Apple's Sign In with Apple service through iOS. We use Apple's native authentication framework - no third-party SDKs. Your Apple ID credentials are never shared with us; only a unique identifier and your name/email (if you choose to share it) are provided by Apple's authentication service.
- Privacy: Apple Sign In provides enhanced privacy features. You can choose to hide your email address, and Apple will generate a unique, private email address that forwards to your real email. Your real email is never shared with us.
4) Device and Diagnostics
- Network connectivity status (for sign‑in only)
- Crash logs only if you choose to share them with developers via Apple mechanisms
How We Use Information
- Add custom watermarks to your videos on‑device
- Apply text and image watermarks with full customization
- Save watermarked videos to your photo library
- Provide optional native Apple Sign In to unlock premium features
We do not use your information for advertising or cross‑app tracking.
Where Your Data Lives
On Your Device
- Watermarked videos are stored only on your device in the App's private container
- Deleting the App removes all temporarily stored videos
- Your original videos remain in your photo library
With Apple (if using Apple Sign In)
- Apple Sign In is provided natively through Apple's Sign In with Apple service
- Authentication is handled entirely by Apple's secure authentication framework
- Authentication tokens are used solely to verify your identity within the App
- We do not store your Apple ID credentials on our servers
- If you use the "Hide My Email" feature, your real email is never shared with us
We do not operate our own servers for video processing or authentication.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information only:
- If required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights, users, or property
- With your explicit consent
Third parties involved:
- Apple Sign In with Apple (native iOS service) – sign‑in only
Your Choices and Controls
- Choose which videos to watermark at your discretion
- Revoke Photo Library permission in iOS Settings
- Delete watermarked videos anytime from your photo library
- Sign out of Apple Sign In at any time; revoke app access in your Apple ID settings
- Control what information you share with Apple Sign In (you can choose to hide your email)
Data deletion:
- Remove the App to delete all on‑device temporary data
- Your original videos remain untouched in your photo library
- Apple ID data is governed by Apple's own privacy settings
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
All video processing happens on your device. If you use Apple Sign In, Apple may process authentication data according to their policies and infrastructure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, if changes are material, display a notice within the App.
